RESPECT - A Handbook Created By The Youth and Police of the City of Seattle In 1992-93 youth and Seattle Police officers worked hard to understand each other, share information, and solve problems that commonly arise between police and youth. Hundreds of youth, police officers, and community representatives have come together in forums and meetings to hear each other's point of view.  This handbook is one of many efforts sponsored by the City of Seattle to give youth the information they need to make wise decisions.  Go to http://www.cityofseattle.net/police/yadults/RESPECT.HTM for the complete publication.
